Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product.

  • The product must be:

    • In its original, unopened packaging.

    • Untampered, unused, and sealed.

    • Returned with a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

You may return the product only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

If all return conditions are met:

  • The product should be returned using a trackable and registered courier service to our return address.

  • After inspection, we will either send a replacement or process a full refund.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used, tampered with, or not returned in its original condition.

  • We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternative accounts.
