    Proof of Delivery

    To complete each delivery:

    • A delivery receipt must be signed and confirmed by the customer.

    • This receipt acts as proof of delivery and confirms that the product was received in good condition.

    Delivery Fees

    • Within UAE: A flat rate of AED 10 is applied to all deliveries.

    • Outside UAE: Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the destination country and location.

    • Free Delivery: May be applicable for promotional campaigns or minimum order values and will be clearly mentioned during checkout if available.

    Delivery Timeframe

    • UAE Deliveries: Within 1–2 working days.

    • International Deliveries: Between 4–10 working days, depending on the destination.
